Powell Peralta Deck Construction
Powell Peralta Re-Issue Decks are close reproductions of their 1980’s counterparts, featuring the original Pro graphics and shape, top graphic logo and spoon nose concave.
Powell Peralta Re-Issue Decks are manufactured in our Santa Barbara skateboard factory, which is still directed by a few of the same craftsmen that made them originally. Skate One designed and fabricated AirLam™ low pressure air bladder presses are used to laminate 7 plies of the finest grade American, hard rock maple, with high strength, water resistant glue. Each deck is then sealed against moisture with a water base acrylic semi-gloss finish. Silk-screened decks are given an additional coat of clear acrylic to add protection to the multi-layer ink coating. Designated decks are given an additional coat of SST™ for longer slides. Powell Peralta decks are precisely controlled in thickness for optimum performance and warranted against de-lamination for the useful life of the deck.
Powell Peralta Deck Concaves
- Classic Spoon Nose
- Similar in design and construction to the original Powell Peralta Spoon Nose.
- K15 Concave
- Consider this an upgrade that replaces the K10 concave. A double kick nose with deeper, smoother concave, longer wheelbase, concave kick on nose and tail and a scoop tail for a more secure foot placement without feeling trapped. A big boy version of the K12 allowing all terrain ripping with the stability of a longer wheelbase. Less wheel bite because the steeper concave goes out to the edge of the board.
- Maximum wheel base-15.75" Non symmetrical nose to tail.
- K10 Concave
- Powell Peralta K10 Concave Decks incorporate classic Powell Peralta graphics with very functional contemporary larger shapes. K10 classics feature a longer wheel base and a deeper, kick nose concave. Great for shredding all types of terrain with style.
- Ki11
- The K-11 has a deep concave but is flat in the nose and tail planes.
- K12s
- The K12s features the deep concave of our K12 with a shorter wheelbase for smaller skaters.
- FK1
- A flat board, with some rocker and a kick tail.
- Maximum wheel base—29.0 inches. Non-symmetrical nose to tail.

Testimonials
Man, you have to re-issue the Tony Hawk Iron Cross pig. You won't be able to keep up with the demand of that board! At any rate, thanks for the re-issues and the reminisence of the good times. Later,
